DONATION TERMS
Donor has made a pledge to donate inventory to Miss Eastlands organization. Donor warrants that, to its knowledge, the Donation is free of any defect or risk to health and safety, or any violation of any law, regulation, or requirement. Donor agrees to the following:
- Donations will be distributed by Miss Eastlands organization to qualified recipients to help support their needs.
- Should Donor discover any defect or risk in the donation, Donor will notify Miss Eastlands organization within five days of discovery.
- Miss Eastlands organization will make reasonable efforts to place the donation with the needy;if that effort does not result in the needy match, Miss Eastlands organization may use the donation for its own charitable purposes.
