We raise a call to the society on a large scale, through ``Miss Eastlands Cup`` and through the
``Miss Eastlands Organization`` we are partnering with donors and sponsors to give and offer a promotion/relegation structure to Eastlands’ teams and players to develop their talents and get exposure to play at an elite level for self-reliance and resiliency as well as expose Eastlands’ training fields for provision of facilities from sponsors and cater for all levels of ability within our community, ranging from Discovery Phase all the way through to our Veterans (Masters).
OUR MISSION
To provide the opportunity for the junior and youth of Eastlands and surrounding areas to play football in an environment that is safe, enjoyable and allows them to develop and improve to the best of their ability. We continue to foster a friendly, constructive and inclusive environment for personal and professional development of all players, partners and families which also provides opportunities to assist the wider community.
OUR MOTTO IS:
``If for whatever reason our youngsters don't become elite footballers for self-reliance and resilience, there is no doubt that they will become healthy and well-balanced members of our community taking into consideration the mentoring and education they receive in a
safe funloving environment of Eastlands where Football is first and foremost fun.``
SILC builds bridges between people on the move and neighbors towards a shared future of stability and promise. The SILC program builds a “bridge” for vulnerable youth in sports to move from poverty, displacement and despair, to a future in which they are skilled entrepreneurs and contributing members of a community. SILC is also a bridge for impoverished communities to become more prosperous as the youth's entrepreneurial activities benefit themselves, the children and communities from expanded services, better access food and other resources, more jobs, and increased economic activity. As an organized group/club/teams, Miss Eastlands Organization is optimistic in establishing self-reliant and resilient members of the teams to be able to support themselves in their teams/clubs/groups.
