THE JOB

Face of Eastlands is the most visible external facing representative of the mission of Miss Eastlands Organization program to the public. As a member of the Miss Eatlands Organization team, he/she is responsible for positively advancing the goals and objectives of the Miss Eatlands Organization as well as his/her own Social and Economic Impact Initiative.

Mr/Miss Eastlands and the Eastlands Beast/Iron Lady is a full-time, contractual employee of Miss Eatlands Organization. The job is an exciting, fun, challenging Year of Service that requires energy, positivity, professionalism and courtesy while engaging in extensive travel and at times changing locations every 8-24 hours, throughout Eastlands and, at times, to other parts of the world. Working with the Miss Eatlands Organization staff that schedules and provides logistical, support and guidance, he/she uses his/her term to promote and market the program to his/her peers and the next generation of young men and women of Eastlands.

Mr/Miss Eastlands and the Eastlands Beast/Iron Lady will work with the Miss Eatlands Organization team to develop goals and execute on tactics to advance his/her chosen Social and Economic Impact Initiative, setting metrics and developing partnerships which will show positive results at the end of his/her year. In addition, he/she also serves as the Eastlands Ambassador for upholding the advocacy to nature and embrace talents in Eastlands and beyond; creating awareness for the need to be involved in business and raising funds for our charity causes.

As such, public speaking is an essential role of Face of Eastlands. He/she researches and prepares speeches to deliver to audiences of all sizes. He/she speaks with the media and is a representative of Miss Eatlands Organization with sponsors and partners, students and corporate executives.

A first step to continuing his/her education and career, the job of Face of Eastlands is a once-in- a-lifetime experience that carries with it service above self.

Become A Candidate

Each year, hundreds of young women and men from Eastlands participate at the ward preauditions and constituency levels, culminating in the selection of 12 male and 12 Female Eastlands finalists who compete for the title of Mr & Miss Eastlands as well as the Bodybuilding Awards to make the Face of Eastlands. One of them could be you! To become FACE OF EASTLANDS, a contestant must first enter and win a ward level pre-auditions and then compete to represent his/her constituency – a process requiring hard work, talent and personal commitment. As a constituency titleholder, a contestant may only compete once at the Face of Eastlands Competition.
